Q: How do you ship your products?
A: We ship via the US Postal Service.

Q: How long does it take to get my stuff?
A: Most of our items we have in stock and typically we ship within 36 hours of when you place your order. Our shipments arrive at most destinations in the USA in about 3 days.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world every day. Our shipments typically take one week to arrive in most parts of Europe, Australia or New Zealand. Large boxes with many items sometimes need a few extra days to clear customs.

Q: What items do you not usually have in stock?
A: The Alert Idol, Legrasse Idol and Angell Box are all made upon order. Usually we need about a week to make these items. We'll email you and let you know when we anticipate being able to ship your order.

Q: When should I order if I need to get presents for Christmas?
A: The sooner the better, but if you order by Dec 18, we should be able to get it to most destinations in the USA.

Q: When do I need to order if it's shipping to me overseas?
A: The sooner order the better. If you order by Dec 12, we should be able to get your order to most anywhere in the world.

Q: What if I need overnight shipping?
A: We don't normally ship overnight, but if you email us and we can try to figure something out for you.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge you roughly what we pay to ship your order to you. It's all determined by the weight of your package. So, please select the items you'd like and put them in your shopping cart. Go to Check Out and provide your shipping address. Our system will calculate the postage and will give you the total cost of your order. You can then still add items or remove items. Once you're happy with the final price you can finish the payment process.

We realize shipping is expensive (and that you may have to pay duties on items imported into your country), but please realize, we don't make a profit on shipping. We do our best to get things to you as quickly and inexpensively as we can.
