Kevin O'Brien
Along with fellow grad student Paul Nyhus, Kevin's first experience with Cthulhu Lives was as a juror in the murder trial in "The Sentence." And like Paul, he enjoyed it enough to get seriously involved, eventually becoming co-Keeper of "The Chalice of Laggash." Kevin played multiple NPC parts in The Epic and "We Thought It Would be Fungi," and was Investigator Clyde Icarus O'Connor in Dirt.

Dr. O'Brien earned his Ph.D. in physics at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, and currently works for Intel. Swing dancing has replaced Cthulhu in recent years as his most passionately enjoyed hobby.

In "Dirt," Kevin poses with the missing diary pages of John Wilkes Booth. (The elaborate artifact went missing again when Kevin inadvertently left it in his pants pocket while doing the laundry.)
